The United States in going through not only a pandemic, but an extreme heat wave. It hit the East Coast last week, and now the heat is scorching the West Coast. Temps have been over 95 degrees here in LA for the past few days, and it has been miserable. A heatwave this powerful hasn’t hit Southern California since 2006. Yikes!

Since LA has a dryer climate, everything is dry, including my skin and my hair. Between beach days, heat damage, and a highlight, my hair is not only dry, but damaged as well. I decided to go blonde-blonde early last year (no regrets), but my hair has suffered immensely, and this dry heat isn’t helping it. Not only is my hair dry and damaged, it’s also curly.

If you have curly or wavy hair that is feeling extra dry, you’re going to love the below products. I have used all of the products below and can confidently say they have all helped revive my hair back from the dead.

I have a lot of hair, but it’s very fine, so a lot of deep conditioning products are too heavy, but none of the above weighed my hair down.
