Ary got Rihanna in the best shape of her life, and below she shared with us how she stays healthy on the days she’s not training celebs!

1. Walk to Run

If I am not in the mood to really get my training on, I start walking.

2. Trick yourself

Window shop two neighborhoods on the west side and two on the east side. One must be uptown, one must be downtown.

3. Carry too much in your backpack

I like to bear weight.

4. Make workout yoga dates

Instead of drink or dessert dates with your gal pals…

5. Drink lemon water first thing in the morning

It’s good for your digestion!

6. Eat parsley

It’s an anti-inflammatory!

7. Sleep

Get at least six hours.

8. Laugh

Never go a whole day without laughing.

9. Meditate

It’ll help you relieve stress.

10. Eat protein

Protein like eggs fill me up!
