How to Create a Winter Skin Care Routine

That’s because your skin is already going through a lot of stress in winter and exfoliating too often will make it more sensitive and itchy.

Exercising 3 times a week during winter times is usually sufficient to remain in shape and be in a good mood.

  1. Avoid Certain Skin Products

Remember that when the temperatures drop, your skin becomes more sensitive and more likely to get dry. In this case, you need to stay away from certain products that might harm sensitive skin. For example, don’t use skin care products that contain alcohol. If you’re using cleansers, make sure they contain moisturizers.

Some specialists also recommend avoiding drying masks and facial peelings during winter times. These skin treatments can make your face become very sensitive and more prone to itching or infection. Instead, consider a sleeping mask so you can wake up with hydrated skin.
