But this can be debilitating, and when you feel like that, you’re not particularly having a good time. Follow What Helps

We can often think that unless we’re running ten miles a day in the pouring rain and only eating the most perfect of diets, we’re never going to lose weight. But losing weight isn’t some kind of fascist discipline you need to regiment on yourself. It can be flexible, and it can be thoroughly enjoyable. On top of that, certain things can work different for certain people, provided you stick to the fundamental facts of health and fitness.

Do Something You Enjoy

If you absolutely hate swimming, then don’t swim. It’s pretty simple.
