We just got a sneak-peek of ShoeDazzle’s January look book and omg! Not only are the shoes and accessories fabulous, but the model they chose rocked each look perfectly.

Unless you’re an A-list model such as Kate Upton, Giselle or Cara Delevingne, you’re not really given much credit for the work you do, despite the fact that your body and face are representing a brand, so we were both happy and shocked when ShoeDazzle gave us the deets.
Her name is Chloe Blanchard (Next Models) and “she was picked because she has the perfect amount of sophistication and edge and is definitely one to watch.”

Trend Alert: Metallic Jeans

I happend to walk by Rag & Bone earlier today and what did I see in the display window? Metallic jeans! At first I wasn’t 100% positive I liked them. But sure enough, a girl in Soho was rockin’ a pair in gold. Will this be the hot new thing this summer? They’re perfect for a night out, and will definitely make you stand out in a crowd!

Let the jeans do all the talking. Pair them with a simple black or white top and simple yet sexy heels. Add a black blazer for a more professional feel. If you don’t care for the jeans, try a pretty metallic skirt instead!

Gap, the casual American retailer known for their affordability and quality has just launched their new Spring/Summer line this past week. Headed with the title “Be Bright.”
Gap’s “Be Bright” Spring/Summer collection encourages you to have fun with color and to have fun with fashion. From candy colored jeans and khakis to bright and fun trenches. Their new collection allows you to let loose so your true colors can shine through! It’ll be a breath of fresh air when we start seeing ladies and gents sporting jeans in colors other than blue and red!
“Be Bright speaks to what has always been the heart and soul of Gap—casual American style that’s relevant for today and rooted in optimism,” said Seth Farbman, Gap’s Global Chief Marketing Officer. “We’ve been infusing a new energy and confidence into our product and how we express who we are to our customer. It started with our 1969 jeans and premium black pants and continues this spring with our colored denim and khakis.”
Why is Gap’s new campaign worth talking about? Styld.by – a first-of-its-kind digital collaboration between Gap and six well-respected fashion and lifestyle blogs including Refinery29, WhoWhatWear, FabSugar, Lookbook, Rue and MOG. Using clothes from the new collection, each of the six partners styled unique looks from their point of view.
