5 Different Ways to Style a Vest This Spring

Posted April 1, 2015 by in Fashion

In-between seasons, it’s nearly impossible to predict what to wear. The best way to look your best  — without overheating or freezing — is to wear a vest.

Believe it or not, vests go well with everything. Cute dress? Check. Jeans and T-shirt? Check. Pant suits? Check. Plus, they can easily be thrown into your bag if the sun decides to shine bright.

Below are five different ways to warm up during the winter/spring transition with a vest (as modeled by our favorite fashion bloggers).

1. Faux-Fur

Nothing yells warm and fashionable more than a faux fur vest! Emily, the blogger behind The Sweetest Thing, shows us how to get the cute and cozy look with faux-leather leggings and a white tunic.

As you can see, the solution for winter-meets-spring fashion is layers, layers, and more layers. And when it comes to giving an edgy touch to that endless pile of clothes, vests are your best bet.

Love this! I am a huge vest fan and am currently searching for a good faux fur vest. I also love the knit and every winter I like to set myself aside a knit project. Might look for a pattern similar to this. Thanks for sharing! Wondrous
