Over 4th of July weekend, Broke & Chic ventured down south to Richmond, Virginia. The home of Virginia Commonwealth University, University of Richmond, Philip Morris and Need Supply Co.
While there, Richmond was going through an extreme heat wave with a daily temperature of 102°. Despite the heat, Broke & Chic was able to find quite a few fashionable people. I don’t know about you, but when it’s overly hot and humid outside, I don’t even want to leave the house! I give these fashion-forward people so much credit for going the extra mile.
