I love sparkles, but I sadly don’t have enough opportunities to wear them. But believe me, I would wear sparkles every single day if I could. Speaking of sparkles, I’m only just starting to plan my wedding (I got engaged in May), and I found the perfect wedding dress already—and it’s relatively affordable (when it comes to wedding dresses). It’s by Olivia Bottega—and her collection of sparkle dresses are swoon worthy. They’re like wearable disco balls. I’m not going to share the exact dress I want (gotta keep it a secret), but girl, that dress sparkles.
Anyway….my fiancé and I headed to Vasquez Rocks to do a few different shoots—one of them being this green sparkle dress I snagged for $27 from SHEIN. When it first arrived, I didn’t like it. It wasn’t the green I was expecting, but the color is growing on me. While I did take these photos during the day—I think this dress is better suited for a night out look. I haven’t worn it to a DJ set yet, but I plan to soon!
I paired this sparkle dress with my all time favorite shoes—these tall white boots from Target. They are no longer available, but I’m hoping Target brings them back, because they are 🔥

If you’re in the LA area, I highly recommend you take a day trip to Vasquez Rocks. It’s lovely to drive-up after work to catch the sunset. It’s a popular photoshoot spot, so you’ll likely see a few cute couples getting their engagement photos done in the golden hour light.
