Thanksgiving brings together so many great elements: family, reflecting on what you’re thankful for, and yes of course, turkey! For this particular holiday, we’re living by these three fashion rules:
1. Family appropriate outfits are key — but that doesn’t mean you can’t be chic at the same time!
2. Black is not a requirement, brighten up the room with some rich fall colors.
3. Look for loose-fitting pieces so you don’t have to worry about that stretching tummy at the table!

Our comfortable Houston Dress fits straight & loose on the body, but you can add a thin belt for a little more shape.
This dress is great for petites for a number of reasons: the print is bold yet small so it won’t overwhelm your petite proportions, the sleeves hit the right spot on your shoulders and fall a few inches shy of your wrist, and the dress has a natural V-neck opening so it elongates the neck. We also love the scoop hemline that is the perfect length for all petites!

The Saray Dress is quite the show-stopper with this unique feather print and neon orange detail on the sleeve and neckline.
The dress fits straight and has a scoop hemline. For taller petites, we recommend you wear it with tights to keep it more conservative for the family.

Alexandra’s favorite pick? Our Hot Sake Silk Dress! This terrific teal piece is super loose-fitting so there will definitely be plenty of space for turkey!
Since it’s so loose on the body, you still want to make sure you maintain your shape with the matching silk belt. The V-neck detail is great because it elongates the neck, but doesn’t plunge too low, so you won’t have to worry about revealing too much.
