Jumpstart Your Fitness Routine with the New “Juice For A Day” from Cooler Cleanse

Ever since I moved to New York City, I’ve been a fan of green juice. I’m not going to lie, I was intimidated at first. You want me to drink something that’s dark green? Gross! That was my original mindset, but after the first sip, I was hooked!

I used to work a block away from a Juice Generation and made drinking the “Sweet Greens” from Cooler Cleanse a habit. It made me want to give their 3-day cleanse a try. My reasons for not doing it came down to the cost. It’s $174.00, which isn’t bad considering it’s your meal for three days, but I have Manhattan rent to pay for, so I never went for it.

Recently, however, Juice Generation came out with a “Juice For A Day” option at only $58.00. That’s when I gave it a try.

Why do it? To jumpstart your fitness routine! Say you just came back from vacation and you ate everything under the sun and feel a tad guilty? Or perhaps you’re trying to change your eating habits. Juicing for a day will help your body crave healthy foods instead of cookies and pizza.

According to their website:

You can Juice For A Day to try out juicing and cleansing for the first time. You can use it to reset after a splurge or recommit to your happiest and healthiest eating habits.

I tried it out a few weeks ago and fell in love! Each of the juices tasted delicious, and I didn’t even end up feeling hungry or famished, like I thought I would. I drank a ton of water and the next morning felt lighter, brighter, energized and more confident. I also strayed aways from anything fried or sweet after it was over. I actually craved kale, quinoa and lean meats.

I highly recommend giving this a try if you’re looking to change your eating habits. There’s no way to deny it, we all know you’re going to pig out during the holidays…and maybe you should. Eat that apple pie, eat that stuffing and yes, drink the egg nog.

But why not start off 2013 with a “Juice For A Day” cleanse from Cooler Cleanse?

Have you ever went on a juice cleanse? What did you think of it?
