The air is crisp (kinda), the foliage is stunning (almost), and every food establishment in the United States is trying to market pumpkin spice everything (unfortunately since August). That can only mean one thing…it’s fall. While it has officially been fall for three weeks now, the weather has been a tad confused lately; and it doesn’t look like that’s going to change anytime soon. I mean, it’s almost 70 degrees in NYC at the moment. I’m definitely not complaining; winter is long, dark, and cold; and delaying it as long as possible is okay with me.
However, before we know it, the air will be crisp (very crisp…almost too crisp), the foliage will begin to shift from beautiful red and orange to a sad brown, and food establishments will focus less on pumpkin spice and more on peppermint.
