Finding the right person that you want to spend the rest of your life with is no easy feat. There are so many random people you’ll meet during your lifetime and there will be good, bad, and ugly in equal regard. From those who cheat and lie to those who just don’t give you a spark – it can be hard to know who is the one for you.
So how do you know you are with the right person? There is no universal answer for this, however there are a few signs to tell you when the person you are with is the perfect one for you. Here are some of the signs your love is the right one.
You Chat Constantly
Being able to chat constantly to your love without getting bored of them is a key aspect of being right as a couple. If you started on free chat line numbers or through mutual friends and you still talk constantly, this is a sign that you are great friends and you are great together as a couple.
Silence Isn’t Awkward
Chatting is great and this is something that will likely be constant in the first few years of your relationship. But after you know everything about one another, the true test of love is being able to say nothing and not feel awkward. If you have been with your partner for 10 plus years, you will likely not talk as much, but that’s ok, because comfortable silence is a sign you are happy with one another.
They Love You Natural
One of the biggest signs you are with the right person is that they love what you look like without the makeup, jewellery, or outfits. If your partner prefers you when you first wake up in the morning; then this is a sure fire sign you have found the one.
You Have the Same Sense of Humour
Having the same sense of humour as your other half is something that is a great sign and it means you have found someone who is on the same wavelength as you. Finding someone with the same sense of humour is not as common as you think so when it happens to you; hold on to them.
You Are Passionate
Passion is a huge part of any relationship and as a couple it is so important for you to share your love and be passionate about each other. Passion can be shown in different ways whether it be big romantic gestures, making money to support the other, or being there through tough times.
If you see your partner and still get butterflies – you’ve got a good one.
You Can Trust Them
Trust is the foundation of every relationship and it is so important that you trust your other half. If you know for a fact that your partner would never do anything to hurt you, you’ve found something incredibly special and rare and this is someone you want to keep in your life as long as you can.
