Go for a Walk
Another great way to give yourself a much-needed break from your day is to get outside and go for a walk. Getting yourself moving in this way will help you to disengage for a few minutes from your to-do list and get some fresh air in your system.
This is also a great way to provide yourself with some additional activity throughout the week. Simply walking for twenty or thirty minutes a few times each week can have a truly positive impact on your circulation and cardiovascular health. Even if you don’t like to hit the gym during the week, a stroll every day or two can help you to reach your fitness goals, all while you are taking a break from the stress of the day.
