I love going out for coffee with my friends but find it gets expensive over time. I didn’t find a way to get cheaper coffee, but I did find a way to get more!
Ask for a small in a medium cup. Usually the barista will fill it up anyway and only charge you for the small, and if they don’t, your coffee will just cool faster.
When I used to be a barista a guy used to do this and I thought it was pretty smart. Besides, all the unused/old coffee is just thrown away anyways.
