Sometimes all you need is a change of scenery. :
After two full years of working from home and being sedentary, things are starting to change. Some of these things are good—a more vibrant social life for one. However, there are aspects of pre-2020 life creeping back that may not be good. Such as the glorification of busyness.⠀ ⠀ Sometimes we can't prevent our busyness—bills need to be paid. However it's important to practice self-care, and one aspect of self-care is making sure we are treating our bodies with kindness. That could be a 5 min meditation each day, a yoga class after work, or even a multivitamin each day
