While some people might be opposed to the thought of chewing garlic because of its strong smell, garlic is very helpful. It contains allicin, which is a tooth-friendly chemical. Allicin acts as an antibacterial that helps to soothe the pain caused by tooth sensitivity. It is an affordable and accessible solution for sensitivity. 

Protect your mouth

Some people gnash or grind their teeth while they sleep at night. Teeth strain brought on by constant grinding will result in sensitivity and pain. Because of this, wearing a mouth guard to bed is critical to shield your teeth from the force of teeth grinding.
