This way, you can enjoy the full-video recovery method. However, ice baths do not focus on one specific location in your body – if you have a problem in your elbow or your ankle, it is harder to treat this localized pain if you use an ice bath.

Instead, if you have an issue with a joint, a muscle, tendons, or ligaments, using an aircast cryo cuff is the best way that you can treat a specific area of swelling, pain, or injury. For example, if you have injured your ankle during a soccer game, using an aircast cryo cuff is the best way to provide cold therapy and compression therapy at once to help minimize swelling and avoid further damage. If you have hurt your shoulder while throwing in a baseball game, you can use an aircast cryo cuff to help prevent shoulder swelling and immobility.
