In a similar vein to yoga, pilates is another thing which you might want to try out at home, and which can be very good for you too. In fact, it can be quite incredible how powerful pilates can really be. You can think of pilates as a kind of progression from yoga, but with more of a focus on core exercises and grounding exercises. So you can be sure that it’s something you could benefit from. Of course, the needs for it are minimal: just, as we said, a little space, and of course the skipping rope. So as long as you have those, you should find that you can do this workout easily enough, and see the results quite fast too.
